Got Mobile Yoga™ was created as a convenient, easy and affordable way for groups of all sizes to practice yoga anywhere, anytime with experienced, certified and personable yoga instructors. If you want to practice yoga at work with co-workers, give us a call. Having a party and want to include yoga? Awesome! Planning a retreat? Perfect. We travel to you and create custom yoga classes once, twice, or on a regular schedule. Private classes are also available by appointment.
NEW SERVICE ADDED: Reiki/Yoga Combination Custom/Private class in your home. Learn where your energy is blocked, then clear it with a specific set of yoga poses and a relaxing reiki treatment. Basic Yoga and Chair Yoga/Tai Chi DVD available now. Perfect for beginners or for people on the go. There are three sections: Warm-Up, Mat Yoga and Chair Yoga/Tai Chi. The chair yoga section works well for desk workers or seniors $15/ea.
GLUTEN FREE OATMEAL COOKIES
1/4 c. coconut spread (I use Earth Balance) 3/4 c. raw sugar 1 c. organic peanut butter
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. raw brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Trader Joe's Rolled Oats 2 eggs 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. shredded coconut 6 oz. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar and butter. Beat until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and baking soda. Mix well. Add peanut butter and mix. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, seeds. Place teaspoon full of dough on a lightly greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake 12-14 minutes until lightly brown around edges. Makes a lot of small cookies (50-60). Enjoy!
